Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the world. If in stock, orders will be dispatched within 5 days. Back-order items may take up to 2 weeks for completion, plus 2 weeks transit.

Sizing

Rings will be made to the size you specify, as measured with equipment that conforms to the international standard for ring sizing (ISO 8653:2016). The Golden Smith Shop will not be held responsible for incorrectly specified sizes. Note: not all finger-measuring devices or jeweller's equipment conform to ISO 8653:2016!

Refunds and Exchanges 

*Please retain the original packaging incase you need to return the item*
We offer refunds or exchanges for undamaged items. All items must be returned in the original packaging, within 30 days from date of purchase, to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Defective or Faulty Merchandise

Repair, replacement or refund is offered, depending on the circumstances.

If the goods were damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us for a replacement.

If you lose an earring or break something, we'd be glad to help you out with our reasonably priced repair/ replacement service.
