Do not attempt to clean jewellery with abrasive cleaning products or even proprietary jewellery-cleaning products; doing so may damage the jewellery. Only use soapy water.

Colour changes to the surface of metals may be a part of natural wear-and-tear and are not usually manufacturing faults.

If you lose an earring or break something, we'd be glad to help you out with our reasonably priced repair/ replacement/ resizing service.

The Golden Smith Shop does not offer a repair service for items we didn't make.
